A Vibrant Retail and Residential Village


The New Whittwood includes a variety of exciting new retailers, specialty shops, restaurants, and a food court – all connected by plazas, green space, even a walking path. A multi-tenant upscale residential district of 114 townhomes will be added to complete this retail and residential village.

The New Whittwood Town Center will create over 1200 full or part-time jobs and will provide $2.5 million/year in additional sales and property tax revenues to the City to fund critical programs, such as public safety, services, parks, libraries, and senior programs.
