Whittwood's Friendship Rose

The City of Whittier was built on industry, civic pride and a focus on home and family. The City’s official flower is the Friendship Rose. The New Whittwood Town Center is committed to upholding Whittier’s special sense of community and friendship and as a sign of this commitment has incorporated the Friendship Rose into its logo identity.

  • Target joined existing anchors JCPenney, Mervyn’s, Sears and Vons grocery. A variety of new specialty shops, retailers and restaurants will also be included and will be announced.
  • A multi-tenant upscale residential district of 114 townhomes will be added to complete this village.
